Room 1:
💷 £740 per month, all bills included (Council Tax, WiFi, etc). Deposit required. Move-in from 3rd November

🛌 The room is a furnished, garden-facing double with a wardrobe, dresser, and under-bed storage. (TV in photos not included.) Second ad is up on my account!

Room 2:
💷£720 per month, including bills, deposit required, move in date from 3rd November

🛌 Furnished South facing double bedroom w/ a large built in closet, dresser, and double bed with built in underneath storage. (TV in photo not included!)

🏡 1.5 bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen with washing machine and large fridge/freezer unit as well as a large garden area with furnished stone patio and fire pit (me and my old housemates spent way too many days and nights sitting out here lol)

📍 Located in Erith, SE London, just a 5-minute walk from Slade Green Station and 8 minutes from Abbey Wood for the Elizabeth Line.

👯‍♀️Currently, it's just me in the house, as both my housemates are moving out! I work at a music venue in North London. I love to explore, go out for dinner/drinks, and enjoy good game nights/dinner parties. When I'm home, I spend most of my time listening to music, catching up on TV, or cooking. It's a clean, friendly house, and looking for some similar folks to join.
