The worst room you could get

I stayed here for 2 months and I was just disgusted by it .The landlord - Emanuel Drammola took my deposit for leaving early. But I made the correct decision leaving that place as I was concerned for my health. The kitchen is in bad shape underneath you can see rat dropping, bugs and pests . The bathroom is also the same there's a hole in the bottom from where a mice can easily enter. The tank for hot water is very small for few seconds you will get hot water and the next it's cold water. You can't even use the shower if someone is using the washing machine. The washing machine sucks all the water so there's no water in the shower. The property doesn't even have a vaccum cleaner. The landlord doesn't do anything about it rather suggested on using brom and pan . The whole property has carpet bettles & I had to fumigate all my things before moving to next property. The toilet next to my room stinks heavily as there is no exhaust for the air to go . The room which is being marketed is my friend who left for the reason of leakage and fungus in his room which was destroying his furniture. You will know the moment you step into that property as all the photos posted by landlord are very old .
