Nearest train stations are Swanley, Eynsford and Farningham Road. Own transport advisable. Parking is available on road and no problems finding a space. There are buses, but they are infrequent.

Lovely area within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, and country walks.

Reference checks to be passed at a cost of £26. If you need a guarantor, fee is £52 for both parties checks. Both non-refundable.
