Quaint and clean country cottage with a room only available. One cosy room for professionals with single occupancy (not working from home but reasonable working hours). All reasonable bills included, council tax, gas and electricity, water, TV, and broadband. Smart TV in room.

Nearest train stations are Swanley, Eynsford and Farningham Road. Infrequent buses are available and own transport is required if you're not working locally. Parking is available on road and plenty of spaces are available.

Lovely area within walking distance of many pubs, restaurants, and country walks.

Cleaning costs per month (£50 in addition) to be paid separately for a cleaner once a week, maintaining housekeeping of communal laundry, kitchen towels, toilet rolls, and cleaning supplies. The cleaner cleans communal areas and your room, changes your bed (you process the washing of bed linen), hoovers and removes rubbish.

Reference checks to be passed at a cost of £26. If you need a guarantor, fee is £52 for both parties checks. Both non-refundable.

Essential to be dog-friendly.
