Hello,
We are looking for a professional, non smoking, clean and tidy person to rent our lovely, large double room.
The room is bright and airy. It has a double bed, sofa, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside locker, full length mirror, fridge and kettle. A desk and chair are available if required. The en suite has shower, loo and wash basin with cupboard space.
You will have use of the main family kitchen, own allocated double cupboard, freezer space (fridge in room) and use of washing machine.
The kitchen is modern and is always kept clean and tidy, as is the house in general.
To the back of the house there is a lovely well kept private garden with patio and outdoor line.
On street parking - no permit required.
It's a great location as only ten minutes walk to train station and town. We're also close to main motorways/roads and transport links.
The bus stop is 2 minutes down the road on same side and the return bus stop is immediately opposite.
Utility bills, council tax and broadband all included.
References required please.
We can provide reference from current occupier.
We have one small and friendly dog.
Please feel free to get in contact with any questions or to arrange a viewing.
