I am looking for a non smoking, clean and tidy person or couple to rent one of my large double rooms.
The room is bright and airy. It has a double bed, sofa, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table.
Also full use of separate wet room and sitting room, which are downstairs.
You will also have use of the main family kitchen, own allocated cupboard, freezer space, if required, and use of washing machine.
The kitchen is modern and is always kept clean and tidy, as is the house in general.
To the back of the house there is a lovely well kept private garden with patio and outdoor line.
Off street parking on driveway, with secure gating.
It's a great location as only ten minutes walk to train station and town. We're also close to main motorways/roads and transport links.
The bus stop is 2 minutes down the road on same side and the return bus stop is immediately opposite.
Utility bills, council tax and broadband all included.
