The property is 10-minute walk to the seafront and 15-20 minutes to Folkestone Central.

Rental Details:
Price: £600 per month, including all bills (council tax, utilities, and broadband).
Deposit: £600 required.


Additional Info:
Visitors: Friends and family are welcome for day visits (the garden is ideal for socialising when the weather allows). Happy for overnight stays but you must agree with me in advance.

Note: No smokers or additional pets. The home already enjoys the company of a very well-trained dog who travels with me to work.
