A lovely furnished double room in a family home. Located 5 mins from central train station and the town centre. Suitable for professionals and commuters, (no working from home, due to increase in bills), not suitable for children or pets.

Household shares the one bathroom and kitchen. Currently myself and daughter is living here. My son works abroad and will come home for a few months a year.

Smoking is only permitted on the lower floor by garden, which is the communal area.

The room is located at the top of the house in the attic on the 3rd floor, with private flight of stairs.

Room has double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and 2 sets of drawers. Tenant can bring added furniture to make more homely.

Parking is free after 6pm til 8am, road permit can be purchased with the council.

I will require one months rent in advance plus £250 deposit on date of move in and of proof of I. D
