Spacious and well-lit, ideal for someone who loves extra space.
• Double Room: £500- Perfectly cosy, suitable for comfort and convenience.
• Small Double Room: £450- excellent for those on a budget
without compromising on comfort.

Property Amenities:
Kitchen & Dining Area: This area is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave and oven, and has plenty of storage space.
TV/Lounge Room: A large communal space with comfortable seating and television, perfect for relaxing and socializing.

Shower/Loo:

Laundry Facilities: Includes a washing machine and dryer, making laundry day convenient.

You will need to provide us with documents such are bank statements, Photo ID, & right to rent to check your credit worthiness and your history of paying rent on time to your previous landlord.

Viewings are generally scheduled for Saturdays Between 12 noon and 3pm. You must book and confirm by Friday 1.30pm.
