Large furnished attic room with cute cat.

Hi There!

I have a very large attic room available, recently painted and with all new furniture. A shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen. All bills included.

The room is very central to Folkestone, by the Creative Quarter. Very close to The Folkestone Bookshop and lovely coffee shops, a short walk (10 min) to Folkestone Central Train Station.

Currently in the house, there is myself, one other young woman, and a cuddly old cat. So unfortunately can't bring any pets.

For longer rolling rentals, I have a one-month notice period that goes both ways. And for short-term, if you can just let me know what dates you need, and we can figure it out.
