There is plenty of storage in the kitchen cupboards, new boiler, large fridge & separate small freezer.

Neighbours have cats & dogs for those who enjoy their company.

If you smoke then the front garden would work for that.

The house is in a good place for shops, beach & travel.

I do like to have a chat with people prior to viewing to establish whether we could share. This is also an opportunity to answer each other's questions.
