Rooms for rent

Hi there, I am looking at renting both a furnished double and single bedroom in my house in the coming weeks, which is located 10 mins walk from the harbour/town centre.

The rate for the double room is £140 pw with 2 weeks in advance and a £560 deposit, the double room has a wardrobe, a chest of draws, a set of bedside draws and a 32" tv on the wall.

The rate for the single room is £120 pw with 2 weeks in advance and a £500 deposit, in the single room there is a wardrobe, storage draws and also under bed storage, plus a small 20" t. v ( pics to be uploaded shortly)

All bills will be included, and there is full fibre broadband.

There is a brand new high end modern kitchen installed with quartz worktops and also a downstairs w. c, there is new flooring installed throughout the communal areas and I am looking at installing a new bathroom in the coming months.

I will update the pictures once the works have completed, however you are welcome to view and see for yourself.
