Double room with lots of space for short term let.

We have a double room to let in our outbuilding for short term let. It looks out on to a sheltered patio .The rooms also has almost sole use of an enormous living space with log burner and double patio doors. There is also a lovely bathroom primarily for your use.

I do have my office in the building which is used in work hours and has its own entrance. And we would like to use the upstairs room occasionally too. Otherwise, the space is mostly yours. It's a LOT of space for one person. There isn't a full kitchen so it's not really appropriate for a long term let.

My teenagers and I live in our house which is a few metres away. We would share outside space and have a big bouncy and very friendly dog who shares that too. Perfect for someone visiting Folkestone for a few months maybe. Or in between accommodation. And maybe someone who wants a bit more of your own space than a share would normally allow.
