A large single room is available in a clean, minimalist Edwardian flat. Features a white loft bed to maximise floor space, sage green walls, high ceilings, and a large window with great natural light.

Included: Custom loft bed & mattress, under-bed clothes rail, white cube shelving, woven floor lamp and rug. Anything else that's needed we are happy to discuss :)

🚗 Permit parking available upon request.

Perks: A fortnightly professional cleaner for all spaces is included in the rent.

About the Flat & Daily Routine:
You’ll be sharing with a tidy professional couple. Cathal (Digital Architect) works from home 2–3 days a week, Caitlin (Freelance fitness instructor & Actor) is in and out of the house. We value a quiet, clutter-free, and relaxing home environment.

We also have a 7-month-old kitten named Tiggie. We are happy to keep her out of your room but you are also welcome to cuddles if you love cats.
