I’m looking for someone to take this clean and comfortable single room on Dover Road in Folkestone.

The room comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit and good floor space for a single room. It has a large window, radiator, curtains, neutral walls and plenty of natural light, so it feels tidy and easy to make your own.

A big plus is that you’ll have access to your own private compact bathroom outside the room, which only you can use. The kitchen is upstairs and currently shared with one other roommate, so the house is fairly quiet and easy to manage.
