Cosy double loft room in Edwardian maisonette in the east cliff area of Folkestone. 6 minute walk to the harbour and sunny sands . This room is furnished with a comfy sofa bed but can be swapped out for a double bed if preferred . Has storage in the eaves and in your own private stairwell. There are two front doors to the maisonette and this room has its own front door for extra privacy . Tenant can use the kitchen to cook main meals and wash clothes . There is already a fridge in the room and was set up as an air BnB originally so has some handy features. The room has a spacious en suite with shower. All bills included . If you drive you will need to apply for a parking permit which is £49 for a year and can park in zone G1
I am a 49 yr old female , active and young at heart . I am out quite a bit especially in the warmer months and have lots of hobbies . This room isn’t suitable for people with physical disabilities due the stairs .
