Spacious Victorian Flat - Balcony & Sea View

We’re renting out a double room in our beautifully maintained Victorian mansion block on Clifton Gardens, just off The Leas. It’s currently used as an office with a sofa bed but we would change this to a proper bed.

Our flat has high ceilings and huge sash windows throughout, looking out over greenery, with a wrap-around wrought iron balcony offering sea views. The kitchen/living room is open-plan and the flat is furnished with mid-century pieces throughout. There’s a big shared garden that is always peaceful.

About us:
We’re a relaxed, friendly couple - Sophie works in museums as an editor and Harry in climate tech. This is our home and we love it here but we travel and stay away a lot, so you’ll often have the flat to yourself. We occasionally like to host dinner parties and you’d be welcome to join.

Location:
Sea at the end of the road, 2 mins from the zig-zag path down to Mermaid Beach. 10 min seafront walk into town. Under 15 mins on foot to Folkestone Central.
