The Location: The house is situated on a quiet, family street very close to the centre of Folkestone. The property is only 5 minutes’ walk to the centre of town, with restaurants, bars, cinema, shopping, the gym are all on your doorstep and the property is also only 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and seafront.

The House: Totally newly renovated throughout, this spacious, high-quality home has a maximum of 7 housemates across 7 bedrooms, although we are currently offering only 6 of the 7 bedrooms.
The house has a spacious kitchen diner with high-quality appliances (including 2 large fridge freezers, dishwasher, 2 washing machines, a tumble drier, 2 double ovens, 2 four ring hobs, a microwave, kettle and hoover). Two of the bedrooms also come with a kitchenette equipped with their own fridge/freezer, sink, microwave and kettle.

The Bills: The all-inclusive rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license) and also includes unlimited super-fast 1GBS virgin broadband. We also provide a professional cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks as part of the rent.

The Tenants: We would prefer professional, tidy and respectful tenants.

Landlord: A well-established family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues and there are no hidden charges. We ask for 1 months’ rent upfront and 1 months’ rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. We ensure all our properties are safe, secure and well-maintained.
