I am a live in landlord but due to family and work commitments I often work away. I have one other male lodger who also lives in the house as well. Also a lady is due to take the other room from September 2026.

This now leaves just the Double room to let £725 pcm (I would charge a premium if I considered a couple moving in) this includes a brand new mattress, new bed with built in storage drawers.

The room and whole house has been recently refurbished and redecorated throughout.

I am looking for non-smoking professionals or students and subject to deposit, proof of income, DBS check and previous landlord and employment references etc.

Lovely house shared bathroom, lounge. Kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, Bathroom and Garden. All bills included including free Wi-Fi, council tax utility bills etc. Also Free off road parking.

10-15 minutes walk or a short bus ride or drive to Sidcup High Street, Queen Mary's Hospital, Super Loop bus routes and Sidcup Train Station which in turn provides good train links into London, good local amenities and shops. Also close to local colleges such as Rose Burford College and Bird College.

I am available to meet for viewings from Friday the 31st July until Monday the 3rd August 2026. If these dates are not suitable please let me know as I could see if my lodger is available to meet for a viewing.
