A house share with professionals ( engineers and doctors) which will be a very friendly, clean, quite and organised home for you

Looking for a professional only please, prefer vegetarian/vegan, non smoking person but can work around it if you are the right person.


The house is 5 min walk from ruxley high street from where you get 321 to Lewisham/New cross(24hour bus), 243 to Sidcup, 51 to Orpington, 492 to Dartford/bluewater and many other buses every 7-10n min. easy connection for commuters to Sidcup station or St Mary station so you benefit more than 1 train line.

Kitchen - A modern kitchen with fully integrated washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. You can use my kitchenware, pits, pans and dishes.


Bathroom - modern bathroom with modern shower, bathtub, underfloor heated tiles which keeps bathroom dry and warm so very hygienic.

Garden - there is a big back garden with lovely flowers and trees. No one overlooks the garden. Perfect for a nice sunny weekend afternoon...

Parking - there is plenty of space as it's a quiet road and no through traffic
