The house is a lovely 5 minute walk from Medway hospital as well as the scenic Old Heritage Park. There’s a large garden at the back which is currently undergoing some TLC but provides a sun trap with a lawn and a brick built BBQ. Gillingham Station is only 15 minutes walk away, and street parking permits are available. The road is a tree lined road with another high street 5 minutes away in the opposite direction to Gillingham high street. We also have 2 local newsagents around the corner which are so well-stocked it can cater for a weekly shop and emergency supplies!

All bills are included (Gas, water, electricity, excellent broadband, Tv licence) - absolutely no hidden fees or unexpected bills to pay. All rooms are furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and/or an extra wardrobe or desk.

The house would prefer professionals who take pride in where they live, but conscientious students are welcome too. Adults only - single occupancy.

All that’s required is 1 months rent upfront and a £600 (put into a government approved deposit scheme). For your assurance I am a member of the National Residential Landlords Association, and also have landlords buildings insurance.
