The house on Wellington Road is beautifully decorated to modern high standards with high spec appliances. It is located 5 minutes short walk away from Medway hospital, there are lovely local parks, train station is 15 minutes walk away and the high street is full of shops and restaurants for all your emergency needs. Our house is situated on a nice quiet road with plenty of off street parking (permits available from local authority). We also have a small pretty garden that is lovely to sit out in on a sunny day.

Selection of Rooms- all rooms come furnished and ready to go. *Prices for couples are considered at a rate of £350 on top of the room rate per calendar month, but both would need to be working professionals.

Room 1- Double Room with no Ensuite. A spacious luxury double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side cabinet, no WC but communal toilet and shower room on same floor. £650

Room 2- Second Large Room. Again very spacious luxury double bed room with chest of drawers, bed side tables, large wardrobe, WC and sink and TV. £700

Room 3- Third largest double room. This is a spacious Luxury double bed room in the basement. En-suite includes WC and sink. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side cabinet. Also TV. £700

Room 4- Largest Main Double Room with large shower room. The best room of the house- it has a very large spacious double bed room, x2 chest of drawers, bed side cabinets, wardrobe, chair, TV and very large en-suite that includes WC, shower, sink as well as more cupboard space. £775

There is a large communal room with sofa, TV, dining room table joined onto the kitchen. Also a communal toilet and shower room as well as large garden.
