The property has 5 bedrooms, three en-suite with the remaining two sharing a bathroom. One of the shared bathroom rooms has become available for single occupancy. The room is newly decorated and fully furnished, with internet ports. There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and a large hot water tank to ensure plenty of hot water. Each room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and full length mirror.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, hob, oven, sink, dishwasher with a microwave and washer / dryer. The property has a separate living room with dining table and chairs, a sofa to relax and watch TV. The property also benefits from a patio with a maintained garden.

The rent is inclusive of bills including all utilities, Wi-Fi and council tax. The communal areas of the property are cleaned fortnightly.
