We're looking for someone to join us in our cosy home, 7 minutes walk from Gillingham Station and high street. Also near the hospital (7min drive). Plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby including an ASDA Superstore, Aldi, Lidl. Fast train connections to London/Kent.
NOTE: there is a low ceiling so will only suit a tenant under 5’5” height
Large basement bedroom furnished with double bed (with mattress). We are 1 male and 1 female in twenties and late thirties. Currently working between London and Kent. We're friendly and easy-going. We also have a cat so you must be pet-friendly!
You will be clean and tidy and working full-time. We have elderly neighbours on one side and a newborn baby on other side so are respectful of excessive noise. Access to garden with patio area. Non-smoking house. All bills included (gas, electric, water, Council Tax)
