Central location: easy access to High Speed train to London-45 mins, large supermarket within 10 mins walk, country parks close-by with Riverside walks.

On street parking, sharing with myself and my 14 year old son (every other week shared parenting).
Will suit someone not wanting a big house share and rather somewhere quiet and peaceful. Happy to share living room and garden spaces for relaxing.

Must be someone clean, tidy and considerate of others.

No couples or pets.
