Looking for a friendly, considerate individual

I'm living on my own for the first time since my 20s. I have a 3 bedroom house within 7mins walk of the hospital entrance. A small elderly dog and a cat called Dave. I'm looking for a friendly, considerate lodger. The rent covers all bills including broadband. The room is recently decorated, large double. King size bed and ample storage in 2 wardrobes. Also recently downstairs been decorated. My daughter moved out recently. I have a grandson and another on the way so need to be comfortable with me on nana duties and lil legs running around. Must be pet friendly my boys are needy cuddle monsters. I open water swim, go to the gym and like the outdoors. I will be employing a cleaner to attend once a week, so only need to keep room tidy and clean up after yourself in the kitchen. This is my home, and for safety I will be meeting potential individuals for a coffee first. If you're not ok with that fine, I'm not in any rush. I will be taking my time to find the right person.
