The house is clean and tidy. It's less than 10 min walk to the train station and super markets, and about 25 min walk to the Medway campus,

The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed + mattress, desk and chair, chest of draws, mirror and walk-in wardrobe.

Double-glazing throughout, central heating in every room. The sitting room is large and comfortable, there's a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a garden at the back. On street parking is available with a residents permit from the council.

Rent includes a cleaner once a week for communal areas. All bills are included (including council tax).
We're looking for young professionals or mature students to join the house.

No admin fees, £500 deposit with the deposit protection scheme.
