Double Room to Rent Gillingham for Female nr Lidl

We are a couple in our 30s with 3 children looking to rent out one of our bedrooms. We live in a lovely victorian 4 bedroom house with plenty of space in each room. This house has lots of character with fireplaces in every room. We are looking for someone that doesn't mind children and who is friendly and clean.

Rent includes all bills (broadband, council tax, electric and gas)

Our house is close to the train station, Lidl, Asda, town centre, universities and also the hospital. The spare bedroom is on the ground floor and the bathroom, kitchen and living room is at basement level which leads out onto the rear garden. Our bedrooms are on the upper floor.

We are looking for a female student or professional only.

The spare room has a double bed, cupboard, desk, computer chair, full length mirror, shelves and a bedside table in it.

Rent is £500 a month with a £200 deposit
