Short/Long Term Let in Gillingham, Large House

We are an easy going Christian couple in our looking to rent out our spare bedroom. We live in a beautiful Georgian 5-bedroom house with plenty of space in each room. We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and easy going.

Rent is £500. per month in advance, for the double room, (+£200 deposit, returnable on moving out). This price includes all bills(broadband, council tax, electric and gas)

Our house is close to the train station, town centre, universities and also the hospital. The house has two large living rooms, a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom, utility room and large garden. There is a toilet and bathroom available next door to the bedroom which you will have mostly sole use of as we have an en-suite in our bedroom. The second sitting room is sometimes used as a bedroom but you are welcome to make use of it when free.

We are looking for a mature student or professional prefrably. We will consider short and long term lets.

You are welcome to come and have a look round and a chat. I am a retired Anglican vicar and my wife still teaches music including running a community choir and privately tutoring recorder and piano.
