The Room: We have a lovely room at the back of the house on the 1st floor. It has a double bed, beside table and industrial style lamp, wardrobe with hanging closest, wall mounted desk and stool and blackout curtains. There is also room for other furniture if required. This room is available 7th June and costs £550 per month. The room is suitable for one person only due to council restrictions.

The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, TV license etc) and includes unlimited superfast fibre broadband. There is also a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener on an ad hoc basis. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. The Tenants: Professional, tidy and respectful tenants. All 6 rooms are single occupancy, which means a maximum of 6 people will occupy the house at any one time.

The Landlords: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so there are no hidden charges and we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues. We also employ a professional maintenance company who can be contacted 24/7 in the event of an emergency. We ask for 1 months rent upfront and 1 months rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. There are no other charges.
