Double room (for single occupancy) available in a clean, quiet and friendly Victorian terraced house with back garden.

Ideal location for hospital professionals as only a few minutes walk to the Medway Maritime Hospital. Also only 14 mins walk to Gillingham train station and Aldi, 12 mins walk to Gillingham Park, 17 mins walk to Medway Park Leisure Centre. All time estimates are from Google Maps.

The room has a double bed, built in double cupboard, double wardrobe, bedside table with 2 drawers and lamp, tall mirror. The mattress is from Dreams (very comfortable – pocket sprung with memory foam). The double glazed large window (with blackout curtains) overlooks the back garden. Lockable door. The rent is £525pcm including bills (i. e. gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, Wi-Fi).

The rest of the house: There is an open plan living / dining room, separate kitchen, utility, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs), large back garden (with block pavers).

The kitchen fittings include a cooker with fan oven, washing machine, dish washer, 2x fridge freezers, microwave, all usual utensils/kitchenware.

Smoke detectors on each landing. Gas central heating.

The street is a quiet residential street with line of trees. There is street parking (permit required).

Looking for a clean and tidy professional, friendly lodger / housemate. The communal areas are cleaned but we all clean up after ourselves and keep the place neat and tidy.
