Beautiful sunny single room for 1 person only available from 01.06 We are looking for a new flatmate DA12 as our current flatmate is moving out .The room is for One person only .

The 3bed flat is located 10min from new Gravesend station, but at the same time in a very chilled area with a park few bars and restaurants, short walk to the town centre gym, shops.
10 minutes walk to Gravesend train station and buses.

The flat itself is nice ,spacious - It is our home, rather than just a place to sleep, and we love it here!!!

You will share the flat with Iliana and Dominic
The room has a big double wardrobe , bed bed side table , the bathroom is shared . We are full time professionals, generally quite busy but also very social outside work, easy going and love to hang out and having a laugh together but respect each others' privacy.£140 a week + 2 weeks deposit required .
