Double bedroom to let in Northfleet

A lovely double bedroom available for a long term let.
Property is close to Ebbsfleet international, Bluewater shopping centre and the Northfleet train station is less than a 5 minute walk which goes straight to London Bridge.
Looking for people who are clean and respectful. I have OCD and will not tolerate any unhygienic behaviour. This is a no smoking house and no pets.
Bedroom is large and has a double bed and wardrobe but another can be provided and chest of drawers too. There is a bracket for a 65 inch TV that can be used.
The kitchen, dinning room, bathroom and garden are available for use.
The parking is a nightmare so if you don't drive its probably better.
A valid DBS is required and references.
This is a family home so looking for someone responsible and respectful.
Cleaning after yourself is a must.

Everyone here works full time, some on days and some do nights.
