The Room/Home:

We are pleased to offer a lovely single room in our spacious three-bedroom house, situated in a very convenient location within 10 minutes walking distance of Gravesend Rail Station (with high-speed trains to London in just 20 minutes). It’s also a short 15-minute drive to Bluewater, and there are plenty of dining options and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly.

The room is currently furnished with a single bed that features a comfortable orthopaedic mattress, bedside cabinets, and a spacious wardrobe. You will enjoy a lovely view of the largest park from this room. Our home also boasts a beautiful garden and a conservatory, and the back garden has Purglow seating furniture, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

In addition to the cozy living room, we have a spacious dining room with an open, fully fitted kitchen, one family bathroom upstairs, and an additional shower room and WC downstairs.

Our house feels like a home, shared between my daughter and me. We are a friendly pair who appreciate the company of others and take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. We hope to find a future housemate who shares our enthusiasm for cleanliness and community.
