The location: The house sits on a highly desirable wide, quiet road with Victorian properties just a minute walk from bus stops, and just over 10 minute walk from Gravesend station. Despite being so close to the town centre, the road is quiet and relaxed, with a friendly, homely feel.

The house: The house is newly renovated throughout and offers six bedrooms (four of which have en-suites) and two other full bathrooms, so every room has its own bathroom. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, two fridge-freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, and plenty of storage space. There's a comfy sofa to relax on, along with a bar area to sit at, to eat, work, or watch some TV and a large garden with decking area to the rear of the house.

There is high-speed internet throughout the property, and each room is for single occupancy only.

There is permit-controlled parking on the street for residents - please note you will have to apply for this yourself, it is not included in the price.

Room 4: The room is on the first floor and overlooks the back garden. It is furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath) and mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and coat rack. It also has an en-suite, with toilet, sink, shower, and mirror.

All bills including electricity, gas, council tax and broadband are included in the rent, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

We manage the property ourselves, so are available personally if any issues arise. We ask for a five week deposit which is registered in a government scheme. We ensure all our properties are safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times, and any issues are dealt with promptly.
