Double room - newly refurbed high spec house

Hi there,

I have recently bought and refurbished my 2-bed home near Echo Square in Gravesend. I live by myself so have a spare room to rent.

You will have your own double room, with shared access to a large bathroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and back garden. I am currently in the larger bedroom but will move into the smaller room when someone decides to move in.

The house features a freestanding bath, separate rainfall shower, floor to ceiling bathroom tiles, LVT flooring in the lounge/diner, tiles in the kitchen, electric fireplace and feature fireplace wall in the living room, brand new radiators throughout, double glazing, USB C&B sockets in each room, built in fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, oven and gas hob. There isn't a washing machine yet, but we have a laundrette just across the road. So aside from the bedroom, the house is pretty much fully furnished. There's still a few things I will buy to make it a nicer space to live in (like a new sofa, tv and bracket), but currently a bit broke from the refurb so these extra things will slowly but surely be bought.

All bills (council tax Band C, high speed fibre optic broadband, water, electricity and gas) are included in the monthly rent.

I will consider pets, we can discuss this if you are interested.

About me: I work in accounts for a small business and my role is mostly WFH. I'm a very chilled person and easy to get along with. I enjoy being in nature, playing/watching sports and going to the gym.
