•Deposit £500 (to be returned once you have vacated the property)
•Fully furnished and lockable room including: a bed, duvet, pillows, bed cover, wardrobes and bedside table.
•You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom and dining space and south facing garden so plenty of evening sunshine.
•Twice monthly cleaning of communal areas only.
