•One single small room available
•Flexible viewings and move in date
•Free on road parking
•£500 for rent including all bills (single occupancy only, water, energy, WiFi, laundry liquids, toilet roll, plates, cutlery, security and alarm system. We require you to supply your own personal items, food and drink.
•Deposit £250 (to be returned once you have vacated the room)
•Fully furnished and lockable room including: a bed, duvet, pillows, bed cover, ample wardrobe space, bedside table, desk and chair.
•You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom and dining space and south facing garden so plenty of evening sunshine.
•Twice monthly cleaning of the room and communal areas.

Situated on a key road connecting Gravesend to Rochester. We are five minutes away from a beautiful field where you can walk from Gravesend to Shorne Village where you may spot wild rabbits and dragon flies, or if you wish to pick some plums or elderflowers. We are also closely located to Shorne County Woods and Jeskyns Community Woodlands.

There is access to good bus routes taking you straight to Bluewater shopping centre, Dartford and Rochester.
5 minutes walking distance to numerous convenience stores, petrol station, restaurants, take aways, barbers, hairdressers and pharmacy.
