There is access to a large shared kitchen, garden and WC with instant shower.
The room is downstairs and very private from other bedrooms
There is space for a double bed, storage, 2seater sofa, table and TV. So there s bedroom and living area all in one room .
The room will be available from immediate and is £725pm . Including bills .

We have WIFI through the whole house and a sky subscription can also be available at £25 pm for full package. (Movies and Sports)
The area is very sort after . With mostly Detached houses and quiet Road . Its street parking. We are walking distance to the supermarket and close to the A2 and Ebbsfleet international for connections to London

We are looking for someone able to stay for 6months+ preferably .
We only looking for Professionals or Full Time workers that go to work. We would NOTVaccept people that work from home please .
We are a nice family, we all work and have no pets
