The room is downstairs and very private from the rest of the house.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobes and drawer, 2seater sofa, table .
The room will be available from immediate and is £750 pcm Including bills .

The second room is a double room with an en suite shower . It is furnished with a small double bed , wardrobes and chest of drawers, there is also storage room in a cupboard. This room is £625.
There is access to fully equipped modern kitchen, , dining area and large open garden .

There is 1gb WiFi throughout the house.

This is a live in landlord basis, family of 3 .
We are a short distance from Supermarkets and retail park and public transport to mainline stns connected to London. And Ebbsfleet and Bluewater .

Minimum letting period is 6 months for both rooms.

We are looking for Working people who go to work full time. . No home workers please.
