Cheap place to rent

I’m a 19 year old Lithuanian and currently live alone in a 2 bed apartment. I’m rarely home apart from late nights, so having a housemate would make sense as it would mostly be empty otherwise. The room being rented out is slightly smaller and currently unfurnished, and just opposite the entrance, and down the hallway is the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted. Gravesend train station is less than a 10 minute walk away, as well as town centre, and parking will need a permit at £40 a year, but monthly payments are also available.
