I have two lovely double rooms available in my home, and I’m looking for tidy, easygoing lodgers to join. As I work as a travel nurse, I’m only home around once a month, so you’d have the run of the place most of the time.

About the room:
• A generous double bedroom, available either furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference (price reflects this)
• Bright and comfortable, with ample space.

About the house:
• Shared open-plan lounge, with a large, comfortable corner sofa
• Modern kitchen/diner with full use of appliances and utility space
• Shared bathroom/WC
• Full access to the garden, which is great for relaxing in the warmer months
• The whole house is clean, well looked after, and has a genuinely homely feel

The arrangement:
• I’m looking for respectful, considerate housemates who’ll treat the place as their own
• Couples are very welcome — the rooms can be taken as one for a couple, or individually

Pricing (bills included):

• Single occupancy: £700 pcm per room, all bills included
• Couple / room taken together: £1,150 pcm, all bills included
• Furnished or unfurnished available on request
