A lovely double room available in my clean and well-maintained 3-bedroom home.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful and responsible professional who wants somewhere comfortable and peaceful to call home. The house has a relaxed atmosphere, so I’m looking for someone who will treat it as a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

You’ll have use of the shared kitchen and other communal areas, with Wi-Fi and all the usual household facilities.

The property is in a quiet residential area with good access to local amenities and transport links.

I’m friendly and easy-going, but I also appreciate cleanliness, privacy and mutual respect.

Single occupancy preferred.
