# The price of the rent includes the following bills, Electricity, Gas, Water, TV licence & Broadband plus the Cleaners & Gardeners salary. The rent does not include council tax. This is paid separately, please see the details at the bottom of this wording.

# My cleaner comes into the property weekly, cleaning the Kitchen, Dining area, hall, downstairs cloakroom & bathroom.

Finally all bills are included apart from the council tax. The annual Council Tax bill is £2,733.28 Once you move into the room you will be put on to the council tax bill & you will be required to pay a monthly charge of £45.55, you will also be put on the electoral roll so that you are registered against the house which will assist you if you are opening a bank account applying for a mobile phone etc.
