Double in cottage next 2 Station

Hello. I've a large double at £599 + Council Tax £29 per month with parking to the rear of the property & private decked rear garden. If you want broadband and the TV licence package then This will be an additional charge of £9.29 per month.

Your deposit of £599 can be spread across the first three months at £200 a month. So allowing you to budget over your first three months and not leaving you short over Halloween, bonfire night, Christmas & New Year.

# The price of the rent includes the following bills, Electricity, Gas, Water, plus the Cleaners & Gardeners salary.

The rent does not include council tax. This is paid separately, please see the details at the bottom of this wording.

TV licence & Broadband is an extra cost of £9.29 per month.

# My cleaner comes into the property weekly, cleaning the Kitchen/Dining area, hall, Lounge, downstairs cloakroom & bathroom.

# On street parking.

# I am looking for a professionally employed housemate.

# I do not let to Self-employed people.

# I require the details below before I progress any viewings.

If you decide to take one of my rooms then all I ask is prior to you moving in, is that you send me your last three wage slips or contract of employment, if you have just been offered a job. Also your driving license &/or passport to prove who you are.

Finally all bills are included apart from the council tax. The annual Council Tax bill is £1,739.36p. Once you move into the room you will be put on to the council tax bill & you will be required to pay a monthly charge of £28.99. you will also be put on the electoral roll so that you are registered against the house which will assist you if you are opening a bank account applying for a mobile phone etc.
