Hello. I've a fantastic large double bedroom with ensuite & balcony just set back from The River Thames & within walking distance of Asda, Greenhithe Station & Costa Coffee.

The price of the rent includes the following bills, Electricity, Gas, Water, TV licence & Broadband plus the Cleaners & Gardeners salary. Council tax is not included.

My cleaner comes into the property weekly, cleaning the Kitchen, Dining area, hall, downstairs cloakroom & bathroom.

On street parking .

I am looking for a professionally employed housemate.

I do not let to Self-employed people.
