​Bluewater Shopping Centre: Only 5 minutes away by bus or car! As one of the UK's largest shopping and leisure destinations, it offers 300+ shops, 50+ restaurants and cafés (Nando's, Wahaca, Browns, etc.), and a Showcase Cinema.

​1. Who you'll be sharing with: This is a lived-in, welcoming home. Currently, the host and me myself live at the property. We are quiet, respectful, and tidy professionals who are happy to share local tips while fully respecting your privacy.
2. House Rules: No smoking inside the house (please keep indoor spaces smoke-free). No parties or unregistered overnight guests.
3. Cleanliness: Please help us keep the shared kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy after each use.
4. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM so everyone can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
