New refurbished studio apartment own kitchen, bath

I have just converted my garage into a very large (approx 10m x 5m) studio apartment with own kitchen ( all amenities) and bathroom. It has underfloor heating. It has its own entrance with parking space.
I welcome professionals ( single, couples/kids with £100 a month more) and small pets ( pet deposit required).
Bills are shared and paid monthly and proportionally, agreed at beginning of contract. The studio is advertised as unfurnished, I can furnish which will increase the rent by £100 per month.
I live in the main house with my two girls ( 15/17). We are a very out and about family and I am an experienced and responsible landlady.
Hadlow is a very quiet area with lovely neighbours. Nearest trains are Paddock Wood and Tonbridge and buses run through Hadlow to Tonbridge Wells and Maidstone. Garden looks onto fields, sheep and horses and the front onto a green.
