This 4-bedroom shared student house is at the UKC end of Downs Rd. There are 3 large rooms available, all with double bed, and one smaller room with a small double bed. All rooms are for single occupancy.

Gas, electricity, water and internet bills are all included in the price of £499 per room.

There's a shared lounge and dining room, also a shared bathroom upstairs with bath and shower, basin and toilet and a useful second toilet and basin downstairs.
The shared kitchen has a washing machine, and there's a tumble drier, fridge-freezer plus 2nd fridge and 2nd freezer, electric cooker and microwave.
Previous housemates have found the house a safe, warm and cosy place to be this year. And there's room to sit, eat, barbecue and maybe catch the sun in the south-facing back garden.
