Large room, table and chair with TV, has ensuite and access to washing machine. Bathroom has full length mirror on cabinet. Bedroom includes use of double wardrobe with rail, large storage shelf above and open draw at bottom. Room also includes a chest with 6 drawers and lovely view from window over the pond.
Very large garden with wildlife pond, veg beds, tables and chairs for dining on patio and seating area on decking. Rent includes all bills.
Room strictly Mon eve to Fri morning only, will not consider accommodating full time and strictly single occupancy at all times.
Note 2 cats in property.
