Double Room in quiet village

A lovely doubleroom, with private bathroom. All bills included and wifi included . Shared kitchen and living areas. Looking for a female lodger as i find they are cleaner and make the house more homely , however i have lived with men in the past! I have cats, so must be okay with animals. Access to off road parking. Situated in Lympne, a quaint, quiet village surrounded by nature. Bus stop is less then a 5min walk, and nearest train station Westenhanger just 20 min walk away. Motorway M20 is 5 minutes away , 1 hour to London, and quick access to Folkstone and Hythe. I spend a lot of my time working and enjoy keeping my garden nice and cooking, and the occasional glass of wine! A very friendly and happy house my neice often stays over depending on work. Looking for a friendly mature professional, would be suitable for someone who works from home and office space available for a extra charge pcm. Suited to hospital staff or people doing shift work, as room can be completely blacked out. Room currently being decorated and re carpeted so will be brand new.
