The Kitchen, Bathroom, shower rooms, toilets, dinning areas and garden are all highly maintained shared areas.

The bathroom and living areas will be professionally cleaned weekly. with the option of your room being cleaned and bedding changed at no extra Cost - Your room is fully furnished and your sanctuary, it also fully mains wired smoke detectors and alarms

The house is a modernised Victorian terraced house in a quiet area, within 5 min walking distance to Sainsbury's, Aldi and the town centre. There is plenty of parking space on the street.
